I see 4 new cars for the little woman when you are back in the USAWent out and drove around to see the different properties we own here. We buy them right where they are building a big road, before the price is high. Have 4 lots now.
Morning back...Good Morning All!
Not this one there is a small lift within lift that will raise it a couple feet so that you can remove the tire or work on either end.The only thing I can say is the one I use, requires me to get on my knees to swing the arms into place and then hope you have them right so it won't fall off....then getting back up! For me getting back up is getting harder. And the disadvantage to the drive on is you have to jack it up to take a tire off.
My hoist is drive on, with one air jack and 2 jack trays.Went to a friends garage last weekend to look at his car lifts. He has a single and a double lift. He buys the drive on type lifts.
He feels that for storage (the double lift) is the way to go. He has two on it and two under it.
The single has a small lift within the lift so he can lift the car he's working on a couple more feet and remove the tires, work on either end etc...
I might go with the single drive on style it looked really stable.

Exactly what I was saying. And my Challenger is the hardest to get on because you can't see because of the low side panelsmy biggest peeve with the 2 post is having to kiss the floor in order to set up the arms for lifting. Worse with low cars.
But dont have to put wheel on floor, and pick it back up. Big truck wheels is where this is a great advantage. I do lots of brake work, and lifting big wheels would wear me out.The only thing I can say is the one I use, requires me to get on my knees to swing the arms into place and then hope you have them right so it won't fall off....then getting back up! What's the lift capacity of your lift??But dont have to put wheel on floor, and pick it back up. Big truck wheels is where this is a great advantage. I do lots of brake work, and lifting big wheels would wear me out.
9,000 lbs. What's the lift capacity of your lift??
Having a two post myself, I’d say definitely a 4 post drive on for storage. If I had to do it again, I’m going 4 post.Went to a friends garage last weekend to look at his car lifts. He has a single and a double lift. He buys the drive on type lifts.

Busy. LOLYou can tell it must be getting warmer out there...so slow in here the past couple mornings!!
Another car, yep Cheryl said with the money we make off our current house I should buy another one.
Hmm wonder what she wants??
As a kid my older high school neighbor girl dated a guy who drove a 70 Mustang 428 SCJ.
I always wanted one, but can't see myself putting a Ford in my garage.
