And of course the front windows were down as well.
Last night about 11, I remembered I had left the window cracked on the Express for some ventilation.
Out to the truck in the jammies 
. So far just the normal morning marine layer. I was kidding with a friend yesterday after I saw the weather report with the T-storms predicted. "If I wash the pickup and water the lawn, those thunder storms are a sure thing." Well, I watered the lawn. 
Thanks to all for the suggestions, siphoning the tank then a combination of duct tape ball on end of extension, hot glue gun and hemostats got it out. Get a lot of good advice/ideas here, much appreciated!!!

Well I decided to put the passenger seat in the Demon. Next thing I know I am giving the neighbor a quick ride (que Karl) Anyway he said to let er go so I did. Set him back in the seat abruptly, head snapped back a bit and hat flew off his head. He was grinning like a monkey. This thing is fun to drive!
Glad to hear , must have got the electrical problem solved ?
That would have done the trick much faster, mechanical fingers, I'll be looking for that online!!! Better late than never : )
