Made me think of some of the odd stuff we used to mine out of the river at the rock farm 
Railroading bits and pieces, there was a narrow gauge rail system out there in the early 20th century. Cap and ball pistol I found stuck on the magnet once

Use a jack from an old truck. They are screw type....
For those lucky enough to have been at Carlisle, how was the Mr. Norms tribute? Was there a good turnout? A couple of videos taken and posted on YT, it looks like only a few. Just curious.

1998 Scanned a few phots. I need to look in file for more.
This is what I was thinking. It wasn't tied to gether like a standard corner because of its history.
I know we put blocking in to tie the joists together. But the front beam has to support the corner column on the corner.
Also wrote in the final invoice not to use latex. Will charge at least double for stripping /prepping latex.
But will do what I can to get it shored up.
Assuming insurance company doesn't insist on having their people do it.

A little bit of corn meal, a cast iron skillet and I think quite highly of frogs!
Frogs eat bugs. So i dont eat frogs.
