Not much. Clean out the coal stove day I guess, think the pipe is almost blocked with light ash, usually twice a year thing.
Save that ash for the next time you pour concrete. Add a little to the mix and reduce the water added. Those big tall stacks on coal burnin' power plants is where the concrete industry gets Flyash used in concrete to increase the flowability of the concrete without using more water to do so.
