So i think pellet stove repair was a success. No strange behaviour after i got it fired up.

so i did some reasoning with myself and decided an oil change was the cheapest shot in the dark. Oil pressure after changing and run up 20 minutes and mech gauge is actually a few psi lower, and gauge on dash is considerably higher. I thinking oil filter was dirty, restricting flow.
Its an improvement nontheless.
Hacked up old sender to make the metric adapter, then battled for an hour to get gauge connected.

14. Don’t sit down to eat without posting sentries.

15. Don’t sleep beyond dawn. Dawn’s when the French and Indians attack.

16. Don’t cross a river by a regular ford.

17. If somebody’s trailing you, make a circle, come back onto your own tracks, and ambush the folks that aim to ambush you.

18. Don’t stand up when the enemy’s coming against you. Kneel down, lie down, hide behind a tree.

19. Let the enemy come till he’s almost close enough to touch, then let him have it and jump out and finish him up with your hatchet.

Count off even and odds when cleaning rifles, 1/2 the group is always ready to rock.

We lost power today, hooked up generator, power back on within a few hours. Still got to listen to neighbor complain (because she knows I work for power company). Cleaned up broken off tree top, big hemlock, lots of branches, have quite a pile going. Finally have a date for the front trees to be thinned out, 13th and 14th, I'm taking the Thursday off, have Friday off, hope to help and save some $$$
Just talked to my Brother, he said they were drowned rats and cut off from I5 by all the flooding. Sounds like a mess for sure. He is in Elma.

???
Lost me Frank. We're seeing like 40 kPa gage and 40 psi on the mechanical gage. That doesn't make sense. Is the mechanical gage after you changed the oil filter?

Same time, pictures within seconds of each other, dash was showing what sensor at back of block was seeing and mech gauge was in a fitting just off oil pump. Pump and relief valve doing their job. Im assuming filter was causing pressure drop. As same warm up done after oil/filter change yielded better pressure.

Lots of reading and a ton of youtube videos didnt help a whole lot. Figured it was worth a try before pulling intake and dropping pan.
This was a cheap test.
