Stop in for a cup of coffee

Was getting hungry so got down on the living room floor and did my ab workout. That's an appetite killer for sure.

Went for coffee, buddy said thermometer in his truck was -39. That explains a lot.
Parts supplier’s van is here for service,i put it in shop to thaw out for tomorrow. Is a block of ice.

Workout does the opposite for me. Makes me hungry...
I know usually does but wanted to get it done BEFORE I ate a little something. Made a simple egg sandwich with a fresh cup of coffee.
I been working out hard for the last month and really watching what I eat.
We went to a favorite place last night and I had the French Dip (best prime rib) and some gourmet fries they make.
I used to put it away with a couple beers with ease. Not now, ate most of it and was miserable for a few hours last night.
Amazing how fast things change...for the better.

Well as you guys know I am just about to retire, but then I got to thinking, easy money, instant hire process, I am a shoe in. I sent a resume to Green Bay this morning and applied for the Special Teams Coach position.
With all the problems they've had this year with Special Teams, that coach must be related to someone high in the front office.

Speaking of that cold stuff, my scan tool doesn't work to check temp sensor readings on my old Buick. I'll just haul it off to get fixed tomorrow.

I don't even want to look at food. Damn steroids are driving my blood sugar crazy.
It usually around 110 average.
It hit 405 last night. Add the usual issues the do to your personality.

Biscuits bacon and poached eggs with some fresh/frozen blueberries for us this morning. We pick them in summer and freeze them for winter. PSA culinary tip for all you boys that cook. We also make a big batch of fresh Pesto from garden in summer then slather it into ice cube trays freeze it then bust out the cubes and store in freezer, one cube of pesto is perfect for a batch of pasta! You got fresh pesto all winter!
