Yep. Probably 5 pm or so. When it stalls mid afternoon I'll wrap it and turn the smoker up to finish the cook. It has to rest for a couple hours or more to be good!
Morning another hot day here as well but feels great right now so coffee on the patio feet up and enjoy.

Good morning, I have been up for a while. I had to do a predawn attack. We get a lot of wasps and hornets and one of the light canisters on the deck was absolutely full...................not anymore

We had 19 days over 90 here in July, just 2 in August. next 3 now calling fo 90 plus. leaves started to drop last week'.
