Stop in for a cup of coffee

I did find out the 2 bags won't make 2 mugs of tea. The wife got the first brew and I made the second for myself using the same 2 bags. Mine is pretty weak.
I think we are all in the clear to run amuck today. The Bossman is talking tea bagging already this am!!!

The wheels on the bus go round and round....

I have a buddy that rebuilds them. Between him and his brothers and cousins theres probably 200 engines. He rebuilt a 7hp stickney, 2000 lbs. Derek has lots of videos, pennys hot rod and customs on the youtube.
I need to move closer to you and Fred. You guys have all the knowledge or know someone

Hey Mike
Did you do any more troubleshooting on the car?
Not much. I have a ECU coming from Hoppy. That's the only thing that makes sense. I will switch the ballast and coil to known good. I did top off the battery charge so low voltage shouldn't come into play. (no change). Nothing makes any sense.

Isn't that a pretty 64. That black with red guts really pops. It needs Cragars!
That it does.

Thinking heavily about parting out the dart. When I started it, the image of SCCA racing was in my head. No kids at that time. Now, 4 kids later, makes me wonder if it’ll ever get done and if it’s gone too far race car to bring back.

Duh, I am slow this morning. I just caught this.
That's alright I woke up thinking it was Saturday. I had to look at my phone to know what day it was......my phone good grief what has this world come too? And me buying in.....my phone to see what day it was. :BangHead: :BangHead:

Putting out 6 volts in a 12 volt system.

Pleh....

Hopefully it's not the "Quest for the bad ground"

Here is something I need an answer on. At first we started the old truck with a 8 volt battery but it died after a lot of use. so we jump started the 6 volt system with a 12 volt. Now even fully charged the 8 volt won't turn the engine over fast enough to catch. An old tractor owner said we have fed the 6 volt starter with 12 volt cocain and now need to get the starter rebuilt? Thoughts?

You should check for voltage difference at the ballast or coil with key start.
Don't be like me and go get a fuel pump, and gravity feed the carb only to find the fuel hose to the pump was rotted out.

Not sure... I do recall working on early 50s, 6volt system Chevy's and generator versus alternator. There were a couple of local parts stores that still stocked 6v stuff back then
