Saw this pop up on marketplace this morning

Well, took the Demon to town for my truck hub. Replaced under warranty. So, this attempt is free. Was the first drive of the year, went amazing, but the poor girl needs a bath...bad
 
What all have you cooked on it, I could see bfast and burgers but somehow my brain doesn't see cooking other things, I'm programmed I think lol!
I use mine all the time for peppers and onions, anything stir fry like. Cubed meat to brown. The more you use it the more you will like it. Be careful with leveling it as the grease needs to go to the back, think bacon! I can cook two pounds in one shot super easy. It does have some cold spots but overall cooks pretty even. Great for fish or anything else that funks out the kitchen.

Yep yep and Yep. (level it so the grease runs towards the trap) Very important. Cool spots can be very helpful once you know where they are. Like cooking on a different burner on your stove and turning it down to just warm or cook slower. Oh and probably the best thing, no flare ups to torch your burgers or stakes. When the fat renders the meat is the juiciest. (until it turns black because of flame) :rofl: :rofl:
 

I'm kind of depressed today. If/when it happens, seeing my 66 go will be tough. She's been a good car and I have enjoyed her a lot.
