Stop in for a cup of coffee

I would not blame her. Until the league cleans up the game why risk the injuries. She can then show them empirical evidence what her participation has to their revenue stream. She can hone her shooting skills during time off and come out and blister them when she returns.
There’s a local rumor that she’s prego.

CC not in the lineup is tough
That and the fever are only missing 3/4ths of their original starters due to season ending injuries. The WBNA seems to have it out for Clark and the Fever for whatever reason. Seems like they just don’t get that she’s the entire reason the WBNA is selling out arenas for the first time in its in history.

My view of the world this morning. Ever vigilant Shepard perched on my lap while we await the sunrise. Sipping a bit of green tea. Pup is keeping me warm.

We've spent the last few months selling Cheryl's mom's home going through stuff sorting it packing it hauling it and storing it here. We have a month before closing and should be done. The day after closing Cheryl has a hip replacement and rehab. In the spare time a good friend and I spent the last week or so four to five hours a day wiring my house for security cameras. We picked a great week with the 70-degree weather we've experienced here made in the attic tolerable. Next week I head to Dallas for a four-day baseball card show one of the largest shows in the US. A good friend who is a high dollar card dealer is going, and I'll hang with him. First of the year Cheryl and I start a busy travel schedule and looking forward to that. It's been a long year with her mom, but it is what it is!!
Great to hear from ya. Golf season is rapidly coming to a close up there I am guessing? Looks like Jodi may follow Cheryl’s lead on some hip surgery. We don’t know anything yet, she just got done with contrast MRI. If they move forward she will have a zillion questions. Travel safe and do some relaxing! You guys have expended a lifetime of energy on the estate stuff this last summer. Hug her for me!

That wind turbine would be cool.

I bought 4 gallons of that paint stripper before they banned the good stuff in it. Had it in my non-climate controlled storage shed and 3/4 cans, 6 months later, had corroded thru from the inside out and leaked it all. Ended up giving the last can to a busy to strip down some old rims.

I saw this on marketplace the other day. My '65 belvedere has a '69 charger k-frame and engine in it now and it's wrong. I got a 65 Plymouth V8 k frame from somebody a while back. I wanted to compare it to this one I saw online. To see if it was correct for my 65. That's one. I noticed that the one for sale has no provision for motor mounts.WTF??

I’d say someone cut them off to use a engine plate

You guys are not going to believe this but my heart is still pounding! I was headed down to a local restaurant for Breakfast this morning. I was sitting at the red light when this car pulls up beside me. I hear that it has some kind of exotic exhaust (fart can) and as it pulls up I see the bow tie emblem on the hood. Now I don't know if it is because my car sounds a little loud and rumbly (it really does need a tune up) and the hole right in front of the muffler makes a good and rich rumbling sound. But the guy keeps reving his car up as if to challenge me to a drag race. We are on a 2 lane road here and the next traffic light is a good 1/8th mile down the road and we are out in the country and not in town per say. So I think ok why not! SO as the light turns green, we are off. I can tell he has a manual shift and I am relying on my automatic that is shifting quick and hard. Well for what it is. But he is inching past me and I wasn't giving up because this is the most fun I have had in a long time. So the race is on and our speed is gradually picking up when I see that even though I am a couple car lengths behind, I am gaining fast...and as I whipped past him I notice that we are to the next traffic light that has now turned red. SO technically I feel I won by getting there first. And even though he stopped I was still there first. Now my heart is really beating and it is full of joy knowing that I won. I know my face is showing it with a big smile because the cop who is writing me up for running a red light just asked me what was so funny. You know some joys in life you just can't explain but for my little Dodge Neon to beat a Chevy Cobalt just sets my heart on fire. Now the cop is telling me that I am not to be using my phone even though we are stopped along the edge of the road....just imagine my little Neon just beat a Cobalt, A COBALT! As a matter of fact he is just now passing us and I see him smiling but I don't know why....BECAUSE I WON!!!!!

Hah I wish. I am teaching a NRA range safety officer course today. Arghh
I may have to come down and be taught by the master lol. The local 4H office has asked me about taking over and restarting their shooting sports club. I told them yes but not till after my guard retirement is offical

Good morning c\_/ . Brother-in-law visiting from Texas. Diehard NASCAR fan. Seriously wanted to take of to Darlington (about 300 miles from here). The wives wouldn't have it. We settled for beer and boiled peanuts by the radio. Broadcast was USA channel. Although born and raised there, I don't get the channel. The canned peanuts are more difficult to break in to than the convenience store nuts. Left hand hurting bad this morning. Like tieing knots in balloons, just another thing I can't do anymore. Donny did share some good jokes but most I can't share here. HAPPY NO LABOR DAY.

Morning!
Another nice day on the rise.
Will get the insulating and osb finished today i hope. Couple mistakes yesterday, i hope not to repeat them today. Cooler in the morning, will get the paint done first.
I really want to get on to stuff that is more interesting or rewarding.
