You need to concentrate on 1 car only and get rid of the rest. You are like me. Too many unfinished projects and none get finished.I don’t have that… yet. And I still have 4 cars apart and a mountain of parts…

That’s not my problem. My problem is shared space. It’s 15- 20 minute drive to it. Then I have to spend another 30 minutes running electric cords to a nearby building for just lighting. If I want to weld, that involves pulling the car out via tractor and moving to the other building 500 yards away that has 240. It’s just a mess. To get started working on anything takes at least an hour of prep. Plus an hour of putting everything back where it was. Add in family who have access and just toss random crap into the building and use the cars as storage benches… it’s frustrating. You need to concentrate on 1 car only. You are like me. All that should change by spring, if not sooner.

Couple things that I’m doing is bi-weekly mortgage payments, that helps control the compounding interest. That alone will pay a 30 year mortgage off in at least 17 years. Assuming you just split the mortgage minimum in half for each payment. That's awesome... i would have paid off in 13 but i got into a bad mortgage and gave away 100k (**** BOA)... soo took 23 years.. but at least it's over

I’ve invested in a dividend paying real estate ETF, IF HUGE IF, it keeps paying out the dividends it’s been paying, in 7 years time, the value , assuming at least 5 percent growth over that time, will equal my current mortgage projected balance at that time.
Heat and AC are the two things I have to figure out for this yet. They’ll both likely come the following year, budget wise. I’m trying to stick very tight to the budget.yeah, when i got my car i made a rule to only work on it when i felt like it and not force myself or i would hate it. soo.. took a lot longer. I added heat to my garage last year but only used it like once..
Nice!! I finally got that 1/64 1978 d100 in red and white that Chris found on ebayThe 1/64th scale 70 Bee and the Paul Rossi Hauler should arrive today. My Westward Whiskey bottle arrived in Kansas early this morning. (1 am) and is supposed to arrive tomorrow. (UPS) I have gotten bottles from out west that go through Lexana in a day. My other order comes from Landover Maryland and has made it to Carlisle in a day. It usually takes 2 days for it to get here from PA.
That's a good place to be.Very nice.. and yeah my mortgage was like $890 and i was paying 2-3k a month.. just hammered it down but didn't save anything, owing money bothers me, had to get rid of it
