Geometry is not affected by milling the block or heads directly. However, if you use the same pushrods after milling and shim the fhaft, you do change the geometry in a bad way. So you want to make sure you get the right pushrod length after you mill so you dont need shims. Geometry is only affected by the valve job, and the position of the rocker shaft on a shaft system.
