What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Wiring up my lc1 to be portable. Using an old tackle box. We’ll see how it works.

So I opened the box and guess what, the grill wasn't in the condition I expected.

Waiting on the parking light lens from Classic.

Found out the hard way I have a driveshaft that needs 1310 to 7260 u-joints. Dammit Jim!!! Oh well, easy enough to find but double the price as regular 7260s

May not seem like much, but I worked my *** off and for the first time since I moved into my new house, I have my truck AND the 'Cuda in the garage!
I'm real fussy about always garaging my cars....

Put the finishing touches on my new upholstery. The seat backs were fairly straightforward, the bench seat not so much. Ron the Technical guru at Legendary was a great help - with email and telephone support. Their website install videos were a big help too. Totally happy with the results, much better then I expected.

Can't put it back in the car yet though, going to replace my instrument cluster with a new dash panel and Speedhut gauges and I'll need all the room my tired old *** can get...

Shoveled snow from around the garage after it started seeping in under the door. Didn't get cleared all winter thanks to a fifth wheel camper blocking the driveway.

Made a stop at Advance Auto parts and picked up a new set of jack stands.
These suckers are 6-ton, which might be overkill, but what I was going for was the added height. These will adjust up to 24” high. I like to have as much room as possible when I’m working under the car.

Just went out there to start it up! It started so good I had to take it for a drive. Got stuck pulling out of my back alley garage. Wife and kids have me a little push. It's now in it's summer home out front!
