Completely disassembled and ultrasonic-cleaned the original Holley 750 DP that came in my 63' 330. Carb is from the 70s and I don't think it's ever been rebuilt. The carbon and gunk was THICK.

30 minutes in the ultrasonic, new cams (orange), power valve (4.5), gaskets, and jetted for my elevation. She's purring like a kitten, boys...

I should have done this years ago.

Been wanting one that can do at least a 4bbl
Will a themoquad fit in it

On order
Only $100 shipped

Nice!

Tips: The warm water is a critical component to make the Simple Green Pro work correctly. I use hot tap water with a thermometer to get it to 125° - 130°. Then once you add the ambient temperature Degreaser and the parts to the basket, the solution should net 100°. That's the sweet spot.

Don't rely on the heater to get it to temp. The heater merely maintains the temp. Oh...and the heater will make a sizzle sound and ungodly noises. Don't panic!

Good luck! Please tag me when you clean your first batch.

Just got back from looking at a 77 volare
318 74k on it but its green 4 door with your normal north east rust interior was nice
It would make a nice sleeper
But I just bought a Porsche 944 pos ...
And I would have to make it run...if I brought a jump pack and some fuel ( to here it run)
I may have came home with it ....
But 13 cars are almost my limit...

Just got the Barracuda back from the paint shop had the hood the roof and the hood scoop painted just for something different

Spent the last 2 days working on a chunk of **** 2007 Ram 1500......Had it in my shop for the D/S exhaust manifold.....Found the Y pipe with a hole, both manifolds leaking and the hardware broken. Might as well put a muffler on it and extension pipe as well........

Snow tire time. Found the back side of my 2 year old front rotors rotten and the pads already looking like ****...Front brake job time......Oh boy, D/S wheel bearing not the best so might as well replace that.

Ready to button it up...One last check before the fender liners go in.....Geez!!!!!!! Broken coil spring on the PS....New struts this Sunday I guess.

This thing has just over 100k, and most of these things are re-dos.....Drive it like a baby.

I hate the F'N thing......My '93 Cummins truck still rocks.

Sorry for the rant.....3k in parts this week :(

Most simple non-compterized truck ever. Simple, works good > you can hot rod it and it won't talk back.

Took the 71 to a big show today - about 300 cars. We were humbled to be awarded the "Best Muscle Car" award amongst a LOT of really nice cars! The trophy is also pretty cool, a clutch housing with a shifter on it.

The 5 top winners were photographed under a really cool tree. Not the best picture but it shows the iconic tree pretty well.
