Only thing I did to my 66 sedan was take her for a 25 mile drive, hit her good after 15 miles and she squated and gave me a good drivers side bucket seats a good test, the rearend locker is doing great. @halifaxhops.

And now I made a video of the weatherstrip installation.

Good job, I am fortunate that my 66 Plymouth Valiant Sedan truck seal is still good, she must have been a garage kept car , I got her when she had 61.000 miles on her almost 20 years ago, and stays in side for the last 17 years.

Sorry, Nada to me means no, that you didn't like it. Did not see the thumbs up icon, not really a computer guy.
Anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Today, me and my son removed the rearend from my duster. Been wanting to do this for a while now. Next, I need to remove the gas tank and hope there isn't a lot of gas in it. Then the not so fun part of cleaning up the underside. This is the first time since I bought this project that I actually have time to work on the car for more than 1 day, and now I realize I am severely lacking in tools!

air shocks of unknow origin. In pretty bad shape...definitely going in the trash!

7 1/4 shock plates, probably sell them down the road sometime along withthe 7 1/4 rear.

wish I could do this in my garage, but it is too small.

That sure is a nice looking Valiant. Garage is cleaner than mine, too.

today I tackled the fuel tank, it was easier than I thought to remove. But, it is the wrong tank for this car, good thing I have a brand new one for it. Not only is it wrong, but it has a bunch of rust holes in it.

It is supposed to have the 4 or 5 ecs tubes coming out of it.
sending unit is horrible looking, not sure if I should try to clean it up and save it or just get a new one.

Unless someone has a source I don't know about, new ones aren't worth putting in. Won't read right from the get go, and will quit working altogether in just a month or two.

Same thing I do c almost everyday for the last 18 months.
Open the garage door look at it, then close the Garage door

Wife and I took a ride to the beach today. Parked and walked on the beach for a bit. Crazy fog rolled in on us.
