No they are different, the 69 is all by itself when it comes the front grill. They have a different header pannel that has a raised lump in the center. you can switch the header toa 67 68 and use the grills from eather. I do have some parts to 69 grills after you find out just what you need I...

I bought one a few monthes ago its not pretty but I put some paint on it and it looks good. Check th gaskets to see if it has been apart. Mine was rebilt, good luck Tom

I have some bad wiring right up next to the plug. Its the three prong type if anyone has one I could sure use one. It going on my 69 cuda W/73 727 auto. Its getting worse and need to fix it. I burnt my hand on the headers reaching under the car just ready to fix it right. Thanks Tom

Forgot to mention that I found the best fitting bolts i found are allen head

I have heddman on my 69 cuda I had to clearance them in a couple of places. I used a torch and just made small dents in them. THey hit every where. On the power steering box and also on the drag link. Also put a torque strap on to keep them from hitting under hard accleration.

Just a thought you are getting the converter all the way on the input shaft on the trans. that has been known to mess some people up.
