so when i got my so call stock 1977 motorhome motor with 66000 miles on it so as i went to put it in i notice it had one head with somg ports on it and my 273 mainfold had the same size ports any thoughts on this

here is the build i was thinking after listing to advise given here to replace my 273 a 360 with stock style .30 over pistons, comp 268 cam kit,timing chain tensioner ,windage tray, balanced, stock magnum head,air gap manifold,holley 750 carb , and tti headers opinions

i finally went a head and bought and modified a edelbrock sp-2p 318 to fit on my 1965 barracuda ...it is nicer than the factory 2bbl but didn't help the performance as much as i hoped but it asking a lot lot form a engine with 90lbs of compression

do 64-65 273 2 bbl have smaller ports than 4bbl ????

i have the chance to buy a 318 cop car engine .. from a friend and he did think it had been messed with but when i looked at it i noticed it had x heads did mopar ever put x heads on a 318ci and would this even be a good combo ?

is a 65 forged rotating assembly lighter than a 318ci and will this help it rap up more like the 273
