My 67 barracuda starts fine when cold, but restarts after it warms up are a challenge. I have to hold down the throttle and try numerous cranks before she fires up. The motor is a 69 318,edelbrock intake, 600 cfm carb, small cam, stocks heads, hei ignition. Once fired, she runs ok. Any ideas?

I swapped a 4 bbl 318 in place of the original 2bbl 273, i used the original throttle cable and i am only getting about half throttle when the accelerator is mashed to the floor. Do i need a different cable from a factory 4bbl car?

i'm going from 273 2bl to a 318 4bl and want to understand what is required from a throttle linkage perspective. I have the bracket already that goes on the back of the manifold, what else do i need? The new 318 has a eddy carb on it.
