FYI pop the alternator off as well, it will give you more room to pull the intake forward once all the bolts are out to access the connector at the rear of the intake. Probably wouldn’t hurt to replace the gaskets as well.RJ

Did you drive it under heavy load/acceleration? Pcm will need To meet the fault tolerance to set the code. Pulling the intake is not hard with only a few basic tools. Hardest part is getting the connector unplugged at the very back. The vvt solenoid is at the frt of the engine and held in with 1...
