I would suggest putting matching paint strips of which ever you choose for the top to slightly swirl benith th curvature of the side body lines. it would look nice if you see what I mean!

I myself as a 65' Dart GT owner, yet to be restored (still have interior, glass, engine bay (everything to), tranny, driveline, differential.) the body is strait now thought so I have yet to get into it much yet. we all know why $$$ Once again good luck!

I bought the front pans and they fit nice two years later the rear pan was avalible 2 and a quarter short. But fatboy1388@aol.com had a full original metal floorpan in nice shape for $450.

I know that the years 63' thru 66 used many of the same parts for the body, so you can look into these for some replacement metal. unless to have a bead-roller and the proper hammers and dollies I dont think you'll be doing this yourself, having them fabricated can cost alot. Good luck!

very upsetting

I had taken a windshield out of a 64' Valiant for my 65' Dart. There is some brown discoloration along with remnats of the old seal inbetween the inside panel and outer of the windshield. Does anyone know of anything I can do to reverse this? or if I'd be better off getting a differant...

yeah I think I would've had a simmilar reaction to someone f--king with my 65 Dart and its not even done. Glad to hear you didn't have any trouble with the law.8)

there is one differance mine has no radio just the covering. It is solid still in the 64 Valaint, ready for restoration and placement into something which has American pride. will negotiate!

when i was 24 i'd bought this stripped down 65 Dart GT with all the crome+ and a few bit other things, a 64 valiant parts car both for 500 great price close to 5000 later the body is all most done time for interior. It does get stressful at times but yet relaxing
