Colin, I hope that you get as many good years out of her we as we did. ANY QUESTIONS WHATSOEVER just ping me. I knew that she was going to a good home. She looks right at home sitting next to your beautiful Demon.

    Passion 4 Mopars????

After reading this thread and others like it on other forums I decided to go with Topher McGinnis (The Headlight Motor Man) to have my 3-speed motor restored for my A12. I made a wise choice. Very fair price and easy to deal with. From this to this...

More and more disgusted with local used pickup prices...and choice

A few years ago I sold a caged and tubbed Pro-Street Z-28 through Gateway Classic Cars. When I pulled onto their lot with the Camaro on the trailer behind my '98 SS/T they were more interested in consigning the SS/T than they were the Camaro...

    1968 GTS emblems

I have been pondering these exact same questions. Ours has Red GTS emblems and black 383 emblems - but they are all reproductions installed by the PO. Just this past weekend I scored a NOS set of red 383 emblems at a swap meet so I will be installing those so that everything matches. I sure...

What’s your favorite year tail light configuration?

The '70 & '71 Duster tail lights are my favorites. The '69 RR tail lights are right up there, and for the exact same reasons that 684mulas stated. I had NO DOUBT what memike would vote for...:toothy10: Doc, I wasn't sure, but thought that you'd give the nod to the Demon. Nice thought...

    Sizzler DEMON

Very good explanation Burntorange70. The only thing that might be added is that the '71 versions didn't get the Rallye Gauges either. It is the Demon equivalent of the Duster's "Twister Package" and "decal muscle car" is as accurate of a name as I've heard for them. Ray

The switch to 4.5" was in '73 although /6 cars with drums all around still got the 4" SBP. Location of manufacture has NOTHING to do with it. Ray

30 Years With My First A-Body

30 Years With My First A-Body

It just dawned on me; I just celebrated 30 years of glorious A-Body ownership on Thursday. I bought my Rallye Red, 4-speed, '70 Duster 340 exactly 30 years ago. It has survived two continents, high school, college, a stint in the Air Force, two marriages, a truckload of street racing (somehow...
