Speed Hunters Project Yankee at SEMA-- 1975 Dart Sport!

I agree, the front mounted external oil cooler, grille and mirrors are just goofy. Spoiler and lights could be less for more. Non-matching engine bay? Overall bones of the build is great, it's the details that throws it for me.

New gen dodge dart anyone having issues?

I have a 2015, with 2.0 and 6 speed manual, that has "blipped" on me 6 times in as many weeks. Blipped = dash flash, and slightest engine flutter. I wouldn't even call it a stutter. They just replaced the thermostat under warranty, but could not account or replicate the blip. It is on...

Super Stocks / Pro Stocks from the 70's Finishes and suggestions

I am taking my 1976 Dart, and building a 1970's type Super Stock clone. I have 15 x 3.5 front and 15 x 14 Cragar Super Trick wheels. I have a 383 that is going in, with a single carb tunnel ram intake. I will cut down 8.75 C body axle, and it will have very mild gears. I haven't decided on...

SB or BB a body debate

If you were starting from scratch, some form of torque BB would win. Taking into account the value of what you already have, I say stick to small block.

A few questions for the fabricators out there...

I would look at Scarebird.com They make the brackets, and provide you a parts list of what parts you need to complete it. Much of this area is custom by nature. Someone like yourself, custom building to match their budget and application. I would think one of the better OEM applications...

Is this car worth the money, opinions

I guess I need to clarify... Not a second set of springs, but spring perches. He said the rear end had been swapped out of an "old coupe", so maybe it was thrown into something else? How much wider is B or E body 8.75 then A body? It does not have any frame rust, I crawled around under it...

Inherited Tools, what should I do?

Father in law passed away around the first of the year. Son went through and took a few, left me the rest. Old boy was a mechanic back in the day, had a lot of stuff, much of it quality Made in USA stuff, in several quantites of each. I have some Craftsman stuff, but much is Made in China...

    Don't Shoot! S-10 Question..Important

Load distribution setup on the trailer itself, but its expensive. Air bag or a Timbren (if available) work great for temporary suspension beefing, while not affecting the day to day behaviors. A rear sway bar would help all the way across the board.

delima on what engine to go with....poll

I agree with Prine, go with the 400 B block. Commit to it and go. If it does not make it to where you want to go, it is (relatively speaking) a budget build. If it doesn't meet the goals, but still puts up some stoopid times, I am sure it could be sold, recoup some of your investment, and go...

    HELP - 1991 Jeep Cherokee 4X4

I would make sure your lower link bushings are good. Death wobble is sometimes a caster issue. Think about the front wheels of a grocery cart. Imagine them running down the highway at 70 MPG. The lift kit manufacturers usually suggest the lower links to correct caster, to minimize the...

How many CURRENT owners of real '74 360 Duster 4 speed cars on here?
