1973-6 4 door! You can probably order axles from Dr Diff.

I'm pretty sure after 72 when the big bolt pattern came out the 7 1/4 was still available. So BBP axles should be readily available as well as the whole 7 1/4. The 8 1/4 is also a good choice. But as you know the A-body 8 3/4 was always SBP.

I have a spot weld cutter but find it kind of a pain. I usually just use a drill. I start with about 1/8" and then up-size. It just requires being careful not to go through if you're saving both pieces.

Sounds like a loose belt. Maybe the impact shook something loose. The fender is more than savable.

This is a friend's 62 Dart. I agree, yours looks like a converted 4 door?? Possibly they used a 4 door and sealed / welded up the back door area to stiffen up the car.
