They want to sell you a lot of their pills I see. I already take Milk Thistle But I need to loose some weight and back off the drinking. I haven't been officially diagnosed yet but the CT scan I just had made mention of fatty liver tissue. I'll get that checked out sometime soon.

My wife did something similar in November. It was a 21 day cleanse, with no meat the first 7 days and no alcohol the entire 21 (I know, crazy). Took all the supplements that went with it. Says she feels a lot better, lost the gut bloat that was bothering her.

Every year in the 2nd week of July my paternal grandmother used to stop drinking for a week to as she said, Grow a New Liver.

I think there is some merit in it because after a week she could really put the brew away.
