Bare 360 block laying around...what to do with it?

I have a '73 bare 360 block laying in the garage. Anyone need one of these? Also, have a set of 340 pistons (standard) and rods...could I use a 340/318 crank and these pistons in the block and use it???? Just curious.

you'd have to really bore the heck out of it to put those 340 pistons in it. most blocks cant handle that...

sorry I meant to say let me know. The journals on the 360 are bigger than those one the 318/340 crank. You could probably bore the block to use those pistons. I have known people that have done it in the past. But I would like to get that block though. Where are you located btw.

That one can it is still the 340 casting. It has just been bored from the factory with the 4" bore. 73-75 were thick wall 340 blocks bored to the 360 4" bore and line bored for the bigger main journals.
