So Cal
Met up with Dave (Daves66Valiant) in Ventura Ca today.
Cant believe it only got up to 72deg today with a nice 3-5 foot swell, not that I'm rubbing it in or anything. :-D
Did some surfing, had a little lunch (Dave macking down a cheeseburger), and watched the joggers go by.
Say all you want about Cali, but its days like this (in January no less) that make it worth while. 8)

How did it look where you live today ?

F#ck you :-D We had 3 feet of snow in December and now it's raining a couple inches a day :angry7:

That's really good pictures! You had a great day today!

What type/make camera do you have if you don't mind me asking?

It rained then cleared off and the wind blew like crazy. I came home today and shingles was missing on 3 of my neighbors houses. I checked my house and so far have not lost any shingles. Sorry no pics... its dark now. lol

Just a little Canon PowerShot A20. 2.1 megapixels. Works ok I guess.

If anybody ever wanted to use this icon, :thebirdm: now would be the time.
Perfectly acceptable. :toothy10:

THanks Johnny,.....I am up here freezing my n*ts off... high today was 57..my shop is like an icebox.

you socal people.................

Freezing your n*ts off at 57? Wait till you drag them around in the snow drifts all day then you can say your freezing them off.LOL :-D
The member in the northern states and Canada know what I'm talking about.
But I can look at it this way at least we don't have earthquakes here.

Jonnydart great pictures I'm envious of your weather I'd even settle for the
57 degrees. Won't get above 20 day time and below 0 at night.

Enjoy!!

:thebirdm: There are over 60 roads closed because of flooding and only kitsap and Island counties don't have flood watches/evacuations. Did I mention it's raining?

Be safe! Floods suck especially when they're not expected.
Been through a couple myself and We're not even in a flood zone.

take care!

Deep into winter in Fort Worth which is soon to be in my rearview mirror as I move back to sunny San Diego in a couple of weeks! Hopefully there's still some of that NW swell in the water for a little while.

Well, let's see....you have snow, ice, blizzards, tornados, and mosquitos the size of crows in the summer! Thanks, but I'll stick with our weather and the rare little tremblor.
News is on now and they're forcasting a warming trend over the next few days - mid 70s by the weekend.8)8)8)

Lets' see right now i can't walk on my walkway or driveway because there is ice about an inch thick, and it's about 29 degrees , Oh and it is supposed to snow tommorrow!

I can tell you this...your weather wasn't as nice as mine :thebirdm:

It looks like you are practicing your shaka...

here is my picture taken 4 minutes ago...now this is a hawaiian shaka!

Aloha!

Sh*t I was laughing so hard after reading this one. My stomach still hurts. I'll remember not to drag my balls in the northern states. LOL.

Good times Johnny. Next time we'll have to post more pictures of chicks. :-D

Well Johnny, It was about 40 degrees this morning in fullerton at the yard account I take care of & it was freakin cold. I get there at 5 in the morning & I was freezing. Had to put my thermals on to stay warm, but by about noon or 1pm I wanted to take them off because it was getting hot. It did turn out to be a nice day after it warmed up, nice cruising weather for a convert.

Well it was -12 this morning at 5:30 when I got to the shop with out wind chill, burr that's really F-in cold. But we all can't relocate, they say the cold builds character, what ever!! Alls I know is I cant wait for the first spring hole shot!!
Hey Dave and Johnny, definitely more chick pics, and lure em over by the cars, and there ya go, an entry on the mopar and chicks thread!!!
Hope you are both enjoying the nice weather.

Clear, blue, sunny sky; temperature in upper 70s here.

The mosquitoes aren't that big they're bigger!
They're so big the neighbor put his German shepherd out in the yard and a swarm came and carried him away and we haven't seen him since.
Not only that when they fly into Canada they have to check in at customs.:toothy10:
