How do I fix a cracked exhaust manifold on my 6 cylinder 225 engine?

I ground the Chinese off of mine and it's been good for 3 years...just don't tighten them past about 10 ftlbs..also I bought one of those really good thick graphite type of gaskets..from...Remflex...I believe is the name. Also converted to 2brl at the same time.

pish, I use the Permatex High Temp Metal Filler for necessary metal repairs underneath my powder coating work. It's amazing for my purposes ... but I've heard it's pretty lame for exhaust leaks. :-D

It's not a 2-part system though; it's just a little premixed blister tube that you knead for a few seconds before you use it.
