knock off air gap intake question

Ran the Pro Products,on a Eddy headed 408,and a stock 360 Magnum. Lined up fine. No arguments here.

I don't run the dual plane MP intakes - they are no better than the best factory ones (71-71 Thermoquad). I do like the single plane M1s but I work the entry and plenum areas.

M1's are some pretty bad castings, need a lot of work. Once worked over, them make some power for sure.

This one is right out of the box, Nice, EH?

Doesn't look like they put a great deal of effort into casting those...but, hey, if you can mod it to fit your needs without much ado, I guess it fits the market.

And why I don't use it anymore... They let the builder worry about the finer details. Just so long as it's cheap they have no quality control. Sounds like Fiat, doesn't it?
