Il was 68 and up, which is one of the reasons I sold my roadrunner the first time. Back then, they wouldn't let me AV the plates. Now I guess anybody can. Also, Indiana test 76 and up cars and 77 and up trucks or something similar to that. Years might be off by one, can't remember. They used to dyno run the cars while testing in In, but if it is OBDII, they just plug the computer in and look for fault codes and you are on your way.
