I hate to give info on this engine, as I don't know much about it, except it is very inovative, and fast. It does have a Billet aluminum head, fuel injection on alcohol.But is it numbers-matching?

I'm pretty sure that line is for a engine evacuation system, and goes to a vacuum pump

Makes sense, because I don't see a PCV valve.

Runs a distributor, maybe not all big power motors use a crank trigger or coil on plug.

could be a Duster 240 cubic inches +- and around 400 hp, supposedly built a few years ago.

Could be crank trigger, for triggering the ign, and using the distributor for routing to the plugs. Distributor would have nothing to do with timing.
