Done chev V8s chev 235s and 250s Did a 66 318. But where do you put the chains on a slant???? Sure don't want to bust the manifolds, they look pretty vulnerable. Any ideas or pictures welcomed. Looking for the right SLANT to this question. Thank you gentlemen, and those that aren't also

There are two bolt holes on the cyl head between the valve cover and the manifolds. Use these holes.

Of those two holes, the front hole is a single lift point to balance the engine only. The rear hole is a single lift point to balance the engine/trans together.

Charrlie_S and OL Badvert65 Fellas don't know if your Gentlemen or those that aren't. But I thank you both. Give yourselves a cookie. THANKS

Front passenger side and rear driver side of the cylinder head.
