Shop must haves

I would not use OSB for the walls after seeing my friends garage burn to the ground. That **** burns like a match stick. He lost a 66 Nova , 70 Monte Carlo , 69 Camaro all of the parts gathered over 25 years , most of his tools etc. I would highly recommend fire extinquishers with easy access.

That's a fact. I have a friend on the other side of the county from me that happened to. He had OSB for walls and ceiling. Place went up like it had gas poured on it. He had no insurance like an idiot. He'd been running his shop as a business for forty plus years. He lost several cars and engines that weren't his. I still don't know what he did to make it right. Got sued, I guess.

Walls are getting plywood, it already was delivered.

Roof is getting spray foam painted at the time being, I don’t if I will cover it.

Foam maybe happens next Wednesday? We will see.
I did get my compressor today. I’m just going to install it in the shop, later down the road I may build a room for it to sit in, but for now I’ll just put it out of the way. I don’t use it as much as others might so I probably won’t hear it as often as others.

Also drove and picked up a 9x10 insulated garage door today. I have to find some parts to switch it from vertical track system to a horizontal or high lift track system.
