Internet died this morning. I finally tried to call, got some recording "we are experiencing higher than normal phone traffic, you may get better technical service ONLINE"
These people's stupidity never cease to amaze me.
Just like their phone menu. Once you get "into" it such as to pay your bill, there is no option to get back to the main menu. If you want to "go somewhere else" with them, you must hang up and go through it all again.
