I am looking for a speedometer cable for my 64 Dart /6. Found one on ebay for 109.00. Really????Are these cables really that much???

those are difficult to find -- 65 was the last year for that style--- search this site a member bought a ford style & modified it to work for not a bad price--(he posted up some info) otherwise used is it. Lawrence

I just got one for a 67 on ebay for $30.00, it's a screw on type to the speedo.

Yup. If your housing is still ok, you might be able to install a new cable inside it. They used to make a universal repair kit where you just cut the cable to length and melt a plastic end on it.
