Depends on who I listen to, my doctor says all animals contain a DNA that causes gout, other people who have had it say wild caught salmon is okay, lean beef etc. all in moderation so that's what we'll try, more chicken etc.. Today the wife made me a sammy for my lunch that is cheese and zucchini for the bread, will show her the cheesy bread recipe, thxKeto is amazing cause you can eat like a pig... and all the meat/cheese and **** you wantjust no carbs/sugar... you can't have meat what bout fish?

Yeah, i can't do salmon... i like cod and other white fish though... Gortons has beer battered frozen fish that's not bad at all. And i can pretty much live on chicken.. i rarely ever eat beef anymore.

When I joined this goofy group I had a 67 notch back. It was a rust free slant car that needed a restoration. My wife’s health and lack of funds to fix was the deciding factor to sell

It cost too much!. I bought a brisket point yesterday. $21 That's around $9/lb but deli salami is over $8/lb and I would much rather have brisket than bologna. Dad used to call it a "horse ****" sandwich.

Naw for me it's the lack of flavor+cost... pork has 10x the flavor, and costs like 1/3.. will take a pork steak over beef every single time

We filed extensions for years. The wife is always in the middle of the budget for either the City or County and she doesn't have time.
