Paint is getting a littl thin eh! ?
Remember that happening with the stripe on my 67
Yeah, the guys that i bought it from rubbed it out real hard.. it has a bunch of spots broken through.. and then i made some more last night. I don't mind though... if it was new paint i would lose my mind on every scratch, like this.. meh.

How's things on-site this season Matt?
I'm home right now.
I've got 3 more classes and a few days of prep and that will use up the last of my hours.
The NYC summer program will continue but no idea where my funding comes from so if the NPS is involved, which it should be, and if so whether they'll be able to give me hours.

This one is funny.
Seems nobody gets the joke.
go figure

Most of them have it written on the dipstick...

Or, shocker, the oil at the store with a picture of a lawnmower on it????

Meat counter... 3 inch thick (2 rib) premium reserve chops. Little salt and on the grill to 140* internal.....

Kills
1" thick Iowa chops here. I dust them with Mango seasoning, smoke them, and then reverse sear.

Good Morning. Good news for my niece. Nothing broken or whatever. She will need time to heal. But is doing better than any of the Dr's thought. One lucky young lady. She is 14 years old. Thanks for all the prayers....it worked!
Glad to hear this news Tike! Didn't want to mention but knew a guy in a squadron, wife had same thing happen and she didn't make it.

I should break the smoker out soon.. maybe some turkey breasts and legs... I like doing smoked turkey breast then cutting it into strips and snacking on it

i have a killer mustard sauce i use when i cook them.. i do it under a broiler though.. and if you use a rub try "Plowboys yardbird" best rub i have used.
I almost exclusively cook dinner on the grill, all weather.

I like my dishes to look like this at the end of the day

I realize that a lot of what I do is less about a diet or anything, it's based upon simplicity and being a little lazy

Also. The OP is older than me and the old Brigs & Tucumseh's I have from my family were from back when the owners book says non-detergent oil. I dunno how old his engine is but dumping some new high detergent oil in there will loosen a bunch of stuff. It will need a short oil change interval. Probably a couple. Oh well.

It's a PUSH MOWER.
Ya just push it.

A power reel is a bit different.
Mostly used on golf courses and for zoysa type grasses.
I figured a manual reel mower.

Had one of those for a while when I was renting and moving around a lot with the military. Small yards, and don't have to worry about draining anything when you move.
