Morning Ray, How did the help work out last weekend?
Help showed up had breakfast, went to the garage, said they organized and looked at the equipment. Argued with each other as to the best place to install the panels.
Came back in lunch, beer, the end. :banghead:
Maybe this weekend if I can get out there. Having some concentration issues see the doc this afternoon. I hate depending on people for rides and things.
Tell me about it this Persian Gulf Syndrome is really fng with me. I never know what I can do until I try. If you need to ask questions just call. I think the problem was you ran out of beer! As long as the panels get full sun for 6 hrs or so you are ok. Not like you are going to use the system 8 hrs every day. Face them south if you can.

Morning all, coffee's on, need to feed the horses and then get the truck loaded for the swap meet.

Here's what some of the guys at Zips were building yesterday. It's a huge rotator with twin axle steering. It can't even be licensed in Iowa for general purpose use. Special permit only but not all states are old school as we are. LOL

Grumble grumble....have to continue fasting until I go give blood this morning to complete my physical from yesterday. Waiting for my coffee. Some people say it's OK to have black coffee but wife who is a lab manager at a VA clinic says they'd really rather you don't. Another hour and the lab opens....then coffee...
Glad to hear your buddy Gunner is good. We've got four dogs here- two of ours, one of our daughter's and a puppy she's raising for Guide Dogs for the Blind which is theirs. She works for a vet and gets a discount on all of ours. Thank you! Makes a huge difference. We got our two dogs for free but like I always remind people, Free dogs aren't....but what would we do without our dog buddies?
Here's all four of them one golden retriever, a black lab/doberman mix and two young yellow labs. The little one on the right is the guide dog puppy, the one in the middle of it all is a guide dog school drop out.

:coffee2: FINALLY!!! I'm sitting down here with my first cup of coffee for the day and it's fantastic! I went to the lab I've always gone to and they said that they are the preferred provider anymore for my insurance so I had to drive across town to another one. I almost just bought a cup in town but was really looking forward to the blend my wife has here at home.
It's hard to part with the puppies after a year as you know but she meets so many people who have the guide dogs and hears how the dogs have changed their lives so it's all worth it. She had an interview yesterday at Guide Dogs for the Blind to work in their obgyn kennel. Keep your fingers crossed. It's about three and a half hours south of us but it's been her goal since graduating with an animal science major.
One more photo- this is her current dog shown in the dog pile when she first came to us. So sweet and cute it'll make your teeth hurt.

OK maybe it's lunch time now and past morning coffee but my daughter just called to let me know she was offered the job at Guide Dogs for the Blind!
