Ok, so I guess Audi will get back to me and tell me what I need to do - and how much it'll cost me ...yes and only certain ones. There are some codes that are manufacturer and dealer level that can only be seen with a DTRB or similar scanner. For example. My 2007 dodge cailber had a computer that controlled all the circuits instead of fuses. when the headlights burnout, the computer shuts down that circuit. that has to be reset by a DTRB or similar, meaning a trip to the dealership and paying 100 bucks for a 5 second job.
I also told them I'd like an error read-out since the central locking system is dead and maybe something else.
