Somewhere along the line this past week I slipped a disc in my upper back and the pain is incredible.
It's like I have a big knife jammed in my back about 3" above my left shoulder blade and about 2" from my spine. The pain radiates up across my neck up to the back of my head and down the shoulder to my left wrist.
Sonnovabich is killing me to the point I can barely think straight. Ugh!
Beer isn't even touching the pain.

I got a knock on the head followed with a 5 foot fall landing square on my right shoulder on hard packed gravel. I had a severe pain on right side similar to what you describe. It subsided but never completely went away.physio did the best for me.
