Stop in for a cup of coffee

This is the coolest picture I have of my car. Think you can do anything with it? I'll send you full res if you want it.

Hey, I looked through last years calendar just this morning. They are lots of fun. A local Mopar friend usually puts one together for us locals. I got my 66 and engine on next years PSC calender. I'm batting 1000. lol

If you ever decide to do a-bodies in the rough theme calendar, i’m in...
All seriousness aside, this year’s calendar looked great.i’m in for the next one. As long as it’s not paid for through paypal.

My dart is rough, dont think a junkyard dog would sleep in it.
The barracuda is straight, and no rust to fix. But no paint.

Coffee is over. Time to torque wheels.

Yep. that'll do it.. Short term only, coil won't like 12 volts sustained
yea. what he said.
Well actually, since it will be running on battery alone, it will be 12.5 volts drifting downward with time. Make sure the alternator output isn't touching anything or hanging loose. Better yet- disconnect the vr wire, and then it can't generate anything.
For power to the starter, energirize the the starter relay. Use a screw driver just like any time you remote start.

gosh I stopped in for cofee and teched!

That's actually was my next question. Simply disconnect the alternator?

Hey you guys. Is there any 10 by 1 3/4 brake drums available with the LBP and large center register?

Yep, just pull the field wire. Main output can stay connected or make sure it is isolated if you take it off. It will be powered from the battery.
What he said. :)
The alternator works by spinning an electromagnetic. No power to the spinning electromagnetic, no power out.
An alternator with one field wire, the field wire and the voltage regulator are feeding that spinning electromagnetic. Disconnect the field wire and no power in.
If your alternator has two field wires, one is feeding and one is grounding through the voltage regulator. On those, unplug the VR, the circuit is open - no power wil go through the field.
