Thanks for the all well wishes guys, your support helps keep my morale up...
I'm starting to feel better now... After getting my fluids back up with lots of Gatorade... I still had dizzyness when I tried to walk...
Yesterday morning I started with eating two pieces of toast and my energy started to come up a bit.... Then after a couple hours, I had 4 more pieces of toast and some chicken noodle soup with garlic...
Then last night I cooked some elbow mac with alfredo sauce and ground beef and pigged out on two bowls... then had 4 leftover ribs a little later...
Now I can walk and take care of myself again...
In hindsight I was putting work before myself and also lost my appetite with the cold... I went with not eating much because of lack of appetite and hoping to loose a few pounds from not eating... I didn't know that I was getting so dehydrated... Please learn from my mistake and take care of yourselves when you start to feel ill....
I'm have to go grocery shopping for the week now and hope they do not sell out of some of the items that I need... They sometimes run out of chocolate milk and other things if you get there too late...
