Google it it is all over, basically where the sand gets picked up in the gun open the area up internally around the nozzel that's where it jams up, did mine a long time ago wow what a difference.

Dam used to be pics of it, take the ceramic nozzle off and open the area where the sand gets sucked in with a dremel a bit, I can take pics next time I am out there.

My blast cabinet is as old as the hills.cyclone and filter system. I reduced the hose size for the media,now it lifts better. I read about the nozzle modification,some you just need to move the stop collar on the ceramic nozzle.
I also switched to glass bead as per RRR’s reccomendation. Much better results.
