Got'er done though. You can pat yourself on the back all weekend :)
I will raise a beer to it some time today, then back at it, it's getting harder and harder to reach fare enough to pat myself on the back  Good morning

Last time I got under the dash on the Demon for pedal work I got in a death match with my grinder which is paddle operated. And yes of course I disable that bothersome little safety switch just as soon as I get it home, I put it with the miserable little guard that goes around the wheel! Hah! Did I mention I had already caught my shirt on fire at that point?
Morning gents and one Lady.

It is. He's a smart MOPAR guy he'll figure it out, I'll give him a case of beer and it will be all good.:D
I need to look at mine. Oil pressure and temp have been off for the past 10 years or so. Keep putting off figuring I'll do it when I get the face vacuum plated and that plan isn't working out.

I had to use the grinder to cut one of the hooks that hold the spring towards the dash, then I used a heavy string and got out from under the dash and pulled very hard, I was so happy to see the spring hit the floor board

Good morning coffee crew. I am on Holiday starting today for a week..ish. Heading back to FL. Driving this time though, yuck. My son is playing in the band at Disney, have to go see that. I hope all is well in Coffeeland.
Try to make a fun journey of it if you have time.

That set was easy to get out no instrument panel, vent box and the floor is so gone I was n the grass doing it!
I can see that the Automatic foot peddle was easy to take out, the big as clutch spring was a ***** to say the least

Congrat's !! that is a super thing to be a part of, good luck to his time there and safe travels to you

Yup and the instrument light bulbs go on it also.
That's not correct. All the lamps operate on 12 volts. Even a oil warning lamp is on 12 volts. Voltage limiter or regulator is only for thermal gauges, fuel, temp, and oil.

More... You only pointed out issue at 2 of the 3 thermal gauges. If the OEM fuel gauge works, any of the 3 works, the regulator is working, since the one regulator supplies 5 volts to all 3.
Nope fuel gauge hasn't worked right since I got the car. They had an aftermarket under the dash oil/temp gauge. I took it out put the new senders in with a new harness. I used one of Ray's testers when I had the dash out and the gauge needles did turn. I'll send you a PM later today. Thanks!!

I thought you opened up the spring and stuff coins or washers in the gaps then let up on it and the spring just pops right off?
I tryed that, it would never open up enough buy pushing or pulling the clutch , I had 8 nickels in that thing , I figured everyone new this as well
