Stop in for a cup of coffee

Some of those things can fly. Saw one with a big chain saw motor once. Seriously fast like 9 in the 1/4. Friend of mine growing u phillbillied one took a rear and welded a sprocket into the rear instead of a carrier, made a frame from I think a VW bug ands slapped a KZ1000 turbo motor on it. He did one ride and it was so fast he cut it u so he would not kill himself!

:DNow I got to thinking about it and knowing my own car addiction I have to add a disclaimer. "Above video posting in no way makes me liable if an afore mentioned young lady goes galavanting off to Kansas to buy more trucks and cars while claiming it was my fault for being an enabler".
Yup, you are putting ideas in my head, I hear voices telling me to buy more cars, when I say no, i can't.....I hear "bok bok bok are you a yellow belly chicken"

In Hi they used to have I think a class for mopeds at the local dragstrip. Don't know much about it but they were doing over 100 on 10" tires. We called it the Kamikaze class!

Actually I want to get rid of 2 for sure. One my wife actually doesnt want me to get rid of so oh well. The 73 GMC 1 ton yeh not my favorite truck.

Only car I regret getting rid of was an old 76 Datsun pickup. Otherwise I dont tend to get rid of them.

I agree with that, keep the mopars for sure and the fords.

I am actually a really big fan of Ford products of the 90s. The stuff ford made in the 90s is so underappreciated and it was good stuff. 8.8 rear ends, 4.6 L engines which were expandable to the HP quad cam heads to brute 460 engines.

There was a lot of quality, performance stuff made by Ford during the 90s

IMO

Hopefully Today can hit the Cuda hard. We are down to one car again, waiting on Rotors again on the Cobalt, Firechicken is getting inspected, prob take a week long story. Truck has been running great but gas is killing me living in the sticks everything is 20+ each way from here and the dam cat has to go to the vet every other day for a bit more. This crap is killing me with the wife not really driving. Be nice to get the firewall primed so I can see what I missed before getting into the engine. Want color on that soon.

What color?

Steve what did you think about your first secret Santa? Some one that knows me definitely got me. Pretty funny actually.

I have 2 Fairlanes that I need to sell to finance some of the others but would kind of like to get the builds finnished on them to get that type of builf out of my system if that makes sense?

I am just putting cars together these days, no painting, no worries about appearance. Just get it running and complete, then worry about pretty paint later.

The last car I painted I didn't put it together first, then I painted the engine compartment and it was so pretty. Then I started putting it together and realized I forgot to drill some needed holes for options I did not mock up first, and also there were holes not needed that I should have cleaned up before painting .

That is why the name of the game for me now is get them together with everything mocked up, then take apart again and paint.

Paint is expensive so it's cheaper to paint once

Got this the other day far and few between. LA tach drive.
