Good shooting, nice to get pointers from someone that knows their stuff.

Yeah. A bit disappointed I only got time for 5 rounds at that distance but very happy to just get it on paper at that range. Really didn’t think I would. Not with the 10-15 mph winds with the gusts up to 20mph .

Of course I’ve kept all my notes from everything so hopefully have a good starting point. Plus I know the thing is dead on at 500. I’m confident now enough to take the shots at deer at that range with it. Not so sure I’ll try at 1,000 ever as my hunting area doesn’t warrant that kind of shot.

Makes me wonder what to bring to the show. I have plenty. I might drive the 66. I need to get it out and shake it down. I might need to pull the rear axles and do a little bearing greasing.

Darn shadows threw me off

Was a screwed up day. Tires in the morning. 3/4 ton truck and oversize tires. Then my son was having issues with a 5.3 engine swap, owner wanted harness changed, now cooling fans are afu. And i swear i could smell the magic smoke. That killed a couple hours. And got nowhere.
He doesent want to swap old harness back in, so im out.
Rad fans do a series/parallel thing and its damn confusing.
