I know you can't see my paint but would you recommend a wax, polish, or a glaze?

Hmmm, as said -can't see your paint lol.
Polish is really a cleaning/smoothing step. Before that you might want to do clay bar. I was amazed at what they take off.. Wax is the last thing - to seal the paint after you are sure it is as clean as it can get. Not even sure what 'glaze' is other than the stuff used over body filler.

Limit switch cracked from body shop and it went out of adjustment. I thought, take it apart, maybe see whats going on inside. Bad idea. Lost a spring and a pin. So now trying to piece it back together, but lining it up is turning out to be very difficult. I will keep going, but had to walk away.

Bottom line is he is OK, just got into some sort of arguement where he crossed some line and got himself banned.
I'm trying to give myself a vacation from here, but not that way!

We have rain all day. I have a little painting to finish painting at the current place.
I can start stacking boxes to go to the new place. I've already taken a couple loads out.
Off load onto the utility bed on the golf cart, around back to the basement walkout and into the storage area.
Works great!!

Like would a grade 8 bolt be strong enough to replace a big *** rivet holding the rear end spring perch to the frame ??

If you could get it torqued right, I don’t see why not. Especially if the other rivets are still there. Honestly probably be stronger

That’s exactly how its done. Grade 5 is fine. Go next size up from rivet. Lots are just shy of a bolt size. I could shoot a pic of my power wagon workshop manual, but you get the idea(you’re smart)
I found the ones in my Fargo were between bolt sizes, so i chose the larger. I did one rivet at a time, air hammer. Chisel head off and punch for the rest.
16 rivets in an hour.
I used to use cutoff wheel, slice head off, then center drill to relieve stress and hammer and punch to get them out. That sucked.

If drilling, dont go right through, use a bit to suit the punch so it bottoms in the hole. Then it wont expand rivet.

my heavy air hammer was the best $500 i ever spent. Saves me a ton of time.

I’m not in charge. Doc called, astrazeneca is what they had. Then they dropped it. And countries wont accept mixed vaccines. Usa wouldnt recognize astrazeneca as its not used.
