My paying job has progressively F-d up my plans. Hoping to salvage Friday- Saturday at this point. Probably not bringing any stuff but want to get up there to hang out a bit

I plan to get there early Friday thru Sat

Somebuddy launched sumthin' outa N Vandenberg an it didn't blow up this time

Elon and SpaceX Falcon9. I don't think the north base launch pads have the pads for the boosters to land so that one met up with it's barge out in the Channel Islands. They got 3 miles of concrete runway out there that is just a stone throw from those north base launch facilities, and the runway is seldom used. DING light just went on booster landing probably damages the concrete .

Evening, cooled off some tonight, down from low 100s. Wife wants to take the kids(dogs) to the mountains tomorrow to get away from the heat.

Look at this....My Kioti tractor tires are terribly weather cracked. I was considering tubes or something. This guy took these off when he bought the tractor to put radials on...$300. And that won't even buy a back tire
