Slants are hot right now so the parts sell. I am keeping all the engine stuff from the cuda since I rebuilt the motor. Might find a car one day.

I think its what they call a DIN size.
Don't take me wrong. I love my slant 6. But I have 2 extra's And the one in the Dart. I have too much stuff and time to get rid of the things laying around. With all the stuff I have it will take years to get rid of it all. 2 Darts and a Challenger numerous trucks and scads of Motorcycles and parts. I had a plan that when I retire I would restore and sell. And that is not happening so time to part with it.....then my mind flips and I get all excited when I hear an engine run and think of all the possibilities that I would like to do. I guess a part of getting older

Several years ago this guy emailed me that he could fix the tape deck since he had finally found a wiring diagram. But seems he's closed his business. Would love to get the diagrams - finding someone who could understand them shouldn't be that hard.
If I can get in touch with this guy, it seems he's worked on at least one.

These guys "had" a guy that repaired old radios. He did one for me several years ago and I stood there and watched as he found and repaired the problem. If he still does it you can send it to me and I will take it up. Not far from me.

I forget what it was that I was looking for a radio for. I stopped in there and they told me about this guy so I went there and he did a great job
I have an old transistor I would love to get fixed. It works but the sound is very weak.

reading the Depoi guy's page, one challenge is sourcing the parts. My impression is its like a mini-board that does the FM.

Probably a capacitor or two.
No one around here does that sort of thing.
I don't know if this guy is still around. The way he smoked he could be dead. His shop was a little more than a closet but like Hoppy he had a couple sheds full of old radio's and parts. It is probably a long shot but if he is still around it might be a positive.
Surely someone is still fixing them somewhere
I wouldn't mind sending it off to someone that could.

I'll keep you in mind the next time I'm searching and see names of guys doing repair.
I had my 1954 Philco Radio and record player with Tubes repaired a few years ago. I was lucky to find a guy not far away
My Grand father bought the radio the year I was born and even has the date stamped on it.
