Back in the early 80's, I lived in a mobile home. I bought a Morgan Building garage to work on my Duster. What's interesting is I got a lot more done in that little garage than the one I'm in now. :banghead:

Dont let the picture fool you, the passenger side is about 2 inches from the cabnets and the rear is up against a band saw. to do any work have to put it in the driveway.

I thought mine was small. You do great work in a small space. Mine is brick with cinder block inside. It was built in 1919 as a double garage and has a floor drain and has stairs to a finished room upstairs. Lots of 66 Dart parts up there. LOL I would like to put in a heater of some kind so I could mess around in the winter. May be a small wood burner? It's not fancy but it works. I need a lawn shed to keep the mower and snow blowers in but haven't got the wife talked into that yet. tmm

I'm in the same boat as the original poster and a lot of you.

Until last year, I had an oversized 2 car garage plus a 12x20 stoarge building that I bought at Lowes. I thought the 2 car garage was too small until I bought a house with the ONE car garage.
