What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Installed a TTI 2.5” H-Pipe system from my stock manifolds to the tips using TTI down pipes. I previously had a Accurate Exhaust system that was choked down to less than 2” in some spots with an X-Pipe cut in. I reused my Black Widow Race Venom mufflers.

Car is definitely louder and picked up some power going by the seat of the pants feel. I also installed a mini starter since there wasn’t enough room for my regular starter with the TTI down pipe.

How much did you have to cut to make the pipes fit? I did the same system last month

Got the Golden Oldie all cleaned up, after last week's Car-B-Q monsoons! Ready for tomorrow's gathering at:

Should be a great gathering with great weather.

No cutting was needed. I gave TTI my manifold numbers and the system fit perfectly. My manifolds are the restrictive 72-73 ones but the car is just a cruiser. I may still go with some TTI longtubes down the road.
Sorry. I went TTI shorty headers. The directions say H pipe might need to be trimmed? I was just asking if you had to trim anything. I love my system from them. Money well spent.

I got the GTS loaded up ready to leave in the morning for Biloxi

Have fun!!!

It's "still" on my bucket list to take a car. I lived in Biloxi 2003-2006 and would park our Durango (didn't have my Barracuda then) backwards raise the lift gate and sit and watch the cars.
I still can't believe we sold our house and moved away, but it wasn't the same after Hurricane Katrina.

Today found me working driving a school bus in the morning and afternoon. Between times called for an hour of house cleaning with the wife then some my time. Got out to the Demon and installed the winshield washer pump into the tank using some door and window silicone caulk and a 3/4" jam nut to lock down the pump suction port. Tomorrow I will attach wiring and hose to finish the job. I also received bulbs from EBAY for the glovebox and maplight and dome. So let there be light! I also will be installing some door switches when they arrive to operate the dome light.

:poke: I'd loan you mine but that high $$ kitchen table 6-pack might twist my low $$ driveshaft off!!
Neighbor is gone this weekend. They might be missing a chunk of fence post. You know due to the heavy winds.

Hung the 3 piece light bar from my Shelby Dakota and shot them 20 min ago. It’s a warm day and low humidity, so I took the afternoon off from work.

Nice having a friend a mile down the road with a two post lift who also owns a 1971 Duster 340!
We did the U joints, transmission tail shaft seal and leaf spring bushings on my car.

Still engineering my brackets for my alternator and AC compressor but decided to take a break from that and get moving on my Alterkation suspension installation.

Just at the unboxing stage and laying everything out.....

Fixing to sleep on the couch tonight. Degreasing in the driveway, then cleaning in the dishwasher.
